We offer a challenging and
broad curriculum to pre–primary & primary age children
as we continue the values and principles established in
the toddler environment. Children in both classrooms
have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in:
Language (written and spoken) Math, Handwriting,
History, Geography, Sensorial Experiences, Sciences,
Grace and Courtesy, Art, Music, and Practical Life.
Within the daily schedule & routine, children have the
freedom to choose their own activities and work at their
own pace. All of the works are within the child’s reach.
Through observation of the child, our teachers connect
each child to the works in the environment, giving a
lesson and guiding each child through the natural
sequence of the materials. An important part of each
child’s day centers on our family style dining
experience. The children set the tables with place mats
and napkins and pour the milk. Once lunch is completed
the children clean up their area, wash the tables, sweep
up the crumbs and get ready to go rest.
