A group of (10) 12-24 month old children who enjoy the Social interaction with one another. The classroom is specially prepared to meet the developmental needs of this age. All of the furniture is a size that allows maximum independence and success for the toddler. Children are able to wash their own hands at the child sized sink in the classroom and all of the materials are within each child’s reach on low shelves. Our mouse house under the stairs is designed to be an inviting place for the children to look at books or just “get away”. The Montessori toddler experience includes language skills, care of oneself and the environment, food preparation, and plenty of music and movement activities.
